Job description:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. 8 to 10 years experience in automotive industry experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Independently preparation of APQP, PPAP documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Developing and implementing of quality control systems, SOP, CP, MSA, SPC, 8D &amp; 7 QC Tools etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Monitoring and analysing quality performance of KPI preparation,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Aware of measuring Instruments Knowledge<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Aware and documentation of ISO-9001,TS MASE IATF – 16949 quality system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Ensuring that workflows, process and products audit comply with safety regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Very good excellence in Microsoft xl &amp; PPT preparation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Knowledge about the mail communication<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Quality Management System (QMS): Develop, implement, monitor, and optimize a company’s QMS to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and train a quality assurance team, manage performance, and develop talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Process improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Audits and compliance: Conduct internal and external audits, ensure compliance with regulations (like FDA, ISO, or CAP), and represent the company during regulatory inspections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Cross-functional collaboration: Work with departments like production, engineering, and supply chain to identify and resolve quality issues and ensure quality is integrated into all processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Data analysis and reporting: Collect, analyze, and summarize quality performance data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions to guide improvement efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Supplier management: Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards and are compliant with agreements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Knowledge<\/strong>: In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures, statistical process control (SPC), and relevant industry regulations and standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills<\/strong>: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
