Key Responsibilities:

 Sales Strategy & Planning:<\/strong>
 \u2022 Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve short-term and long-term revenue goals.
 \u2022 Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and position the company as a preferred interior design partner.
 \u2022 Lead the expansion into new verticals or geographic markets.

 Team Leadership & Performance:<\/strong>
 \u2022 Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and business development team to meet targets and KPIs.
 \u2022 Conduct performance reviews, training, and goal setting for team members.
 \u2022 Foster a high-performance culture based on results and accountability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Business Development & Key Accounts:<\/strong>
 \u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, architects, consultants, and strategic partners.
 \u2022 Lead high-value negotiations and close major deals, especially with corporate, hospitality, retail, and high-net-worth residential clients.
 \u2022 Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company in industry events and client meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Revenue & Pipeline Management:
<\/strong> \u2022 Own the sales pipeline, revenue forecasting, and client acquisition plans.
 \u2022 Work with the finance and commercial teams to ensure profitability on projects.
 \u2022 Oversee CRM usage, sales reporting, and pipeline health across the team.

 Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/strong>:
 \u2022 Coordinate with design, project management, and procurement teams to ensure smooth client handover and successful project delivery.
 \u2022 Collaborate with marketing to refine go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and brand positioning.

 Requirements:
<\/strong>
 \u2022 Education<\/strong>: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. MBA preferred.
 \u2022 Experience<\/strong>: 10\u201315 years in sales\/business development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the interior design, architecture, construction, or real estate sector.
 \u2022 Skills:
<\/strong>  o Proven leadership and team management experience.
 o Strong business acumen and commercial negotiation skills.
 o Deep understanding of the interior design\/fit-out market, project lifecycle, and client expectations.
 o Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 o Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data-driven decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0Preferred Qualifications:
<\/strong>\u00a0\u2022 Strong client network in sectors such as luxury residential, commercial offices, hospitality, or retail.
\u00a0\u2022 Experience working with design & build or turnkey service models.
