Key Responsibilities \uf0b7 Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of IT products, from ideation to deployment and support. \uf0b7 Act as the bridge between stakeholders, product, and engineering teams, translating business needs into clear product requirements. \uf0b7 Develop and maintain the product roadmap, backlog, and release plans. \uf0b7 Define and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables. \uf0b7 Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to compliance and quality standards. \uf0b7 Facilitate Agile\/Scrum ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives, stand-ups). \uf0b7 Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests proactively. \uf0b7 Collaborate with QA, engineering, DevOps, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, SOC, etc.) where applicable. \uf0b7 Drive and maintain audit readiness, compliance checklists, and governance reporting. \uf0b7 Track delivery progress and provide status and compliance reporting to leadership and stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and adherence to best practices across delivery teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Required Skills & Qualifications \uf0b7 Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. \uf0b7 5+ years of experience in project management, product ownership, or delivery management. \uf0b7 Proven experience in end-to-end delivery of IT products with compliance oversight. \uf0b7 Strong knowledge of Agile \/ Scrum \/ Kanban methodologies. \uf0b7 Proficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI, Tableau). \uf0b7 Experience in preparing and maintaining compliance, audit, and progress reports. \uf0b7 Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills. \uf0b7 Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preferred \/ Nice-to-Have \uf0b7 Certification in Agile \/ Scrum (CSPO, CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMP, Prince2, etc.). \uf0b7 Experience in software product companies, SaaS, or enterprise IT environments. \uf0b7 Exposure to DevOps practices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). \uf0b7 Prior experience in regulatory compliance, reporting automation, and governance frameworks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
