Key Responsibilities
\uf0b7 Conduct R&D on new integration technologies and propose innovative approaches to
enhance interoperability.
\uf0b7 Design, develop, and maintain integrations between our products and 3rd party
healthcare systems, EMRs\/EHRs, HIS, LIS, CRMs, and other platforms.
\uf0b7 Implement and support integrations using FHIR, HL7 v2\/v3, CDA, DICOM, and other
relevant standards.
\uf0b7 Collaborate with product, engineering, and client teams to understand integration needs
and deliver effective solutions.
\uf0b7 Ensure data security, compliance, and performance optimization in all integrations.
\uf0b7 Develop API-based integrations (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and manage data mapping,
transformation, and workflows.
\uf0b7 Maintain thorough documentation of integration designs, R&D findings, and technical
workflows.
\uf0b7 Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing support to internal teams and
clients.
\uf0b7 Keep up to date with the latest in healthcare interoperability standards, regulatory
requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.), and industry trends.
\uf0b7<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Skills & Qualifications
\uf0b7 Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Biomedical
Informatics, or related field.
\uf0b7 3+ years of experience in system integration, preferably within the healthcare\/health IT
domain.
\uf0b7 Strong knowledge of FHIR (R4, STU3), HL7 v2\/v3, CDA\/CCD, and healthcare
interoperability standards.
\uf0b7 Experience with API development & integration (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, GraphQL).
\uf0b7 Hands-on experience with integration engines (e.g., Mirth Connect, Rhapsody,
Cloverleaf, Ensemble, etc.).
\uf0b7 Proficiency in programming\/scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or
similar).
\uf0b7 Strong understanding of healthcare workflows (EHR\/EMR, claims, patient data
exchange, clinical messaging).
\uf0b7 Knowledge of data security and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR).
\uf0b7 Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
\uf0b7 Ability to work independently and conduct innovative R&D in integration strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preferred \/ Nice-to-Have
\uf0b7 Experience with cloud-based healthcare solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
\uf0b7 Exposure to AI\/ML use cases in healthcare data integration.
\uf0b7 Familiarity with IHE profiles (XDS, PIX, PDQ) and healthcare messaging standards.
\uf0b7 Prior experience integrating with Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, Meditech, or other major EHR
systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
