Key Responsibilities:
\u25cf Lead and mentor a team of developers in building scalable web applications using the
MERN stack(MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
\u25cf Interact directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and
ensure project success.
\u25cf Architect, design, and develop efficient full-stack solutions.
\u25cf Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and best practices.
\u25cf Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI\/UX, QA, and DevOps.
\u25cf Handle troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:
\u25cf 7\u20138 years of experience in full-stack development with React.js and Node.js.
\u25cf Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
\u25cf Proficiency in front-end technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3,
Redux\/Context API.
\u25cf Solid experience with backend architecture, databases (SQL\/NoSQL), and system
scalability.
\u25cf Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
\u25cf Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Good to Have:
\u25cf Experience with Agile methodologies.
\u25cf Knowledge of CI\/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and containerization
(Docker\/Kubernetes).
\u25cf Prior work on SaaS or enterprise-level applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
