Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Project Leadership:
 \u2022 Lead multiple interior design and fit-out projects simultaneously across residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.
 \u2022 Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and design teams.
 \u2022 Manage the full project lifecycle\u2014from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and handover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Client Coordination:
 \u2022 Act as the main point of contact with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
 \u2022 Ensure clear communication of project requirements, progress updates, and design intent.
 \u2022 Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or conflicts promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Planning & Scheduling:
 \u2022 Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and milestones.
 \u2022 Monitor project timelines and proactively identify and mitigate risks or delays.
 \u2022 Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to align on project timelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Budget & Cost Control:
 \u2022 Monitor project budgets and ensure alignment with cost estimates.
 \u2022 Approve procurement requests and manage subcontractor payments and variations.
 \u2022 Collaborate with QS and finance teams to track costs and optimize resource use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Team & Site Management:
 \u2022 Lead site teams, project engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
 \u2022 Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance.
 \u2022 Oversee snagging and ensure proper handover of completed projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Quality & Compliance:
 \u2022 Ensure all works are carried out according to design specifications, quality standards, and industry regulations.
 \u2022 Implement health, safety, and environmental policies on all project sites.
 \u2022 Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals for approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Requirements:
 \u2022 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management.
 \u2022 Experience: 8\u201312 years of project management experience, with at least 3\u20135 years in a senior role within the interior design or fit-out industry.
 \u2022 Skills:
 o Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
 o Excellent project planning and organizational skills.
 o Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
 o Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
 o In-depth knowledge of interior materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and fit-out execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Preferred Qualifications:
 \u2022 PMP or PRINCE2 Certification.
 \u2022 Experience with luxury interior projects or international clients.
