Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
\u2022 Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for wholesale
distribution of South Indian food items in the Tri-city area.
\u2022 Identify and onboard new channel partners, distributors, and wholesalers.
\u2022 Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned territory.
Channel & Distribution Management:
\u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential
customers (hotels, restaurants, caterers, retail outlets, etc.).
\u2022 Monitor distributor performance and ensure consistent product availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Team Leadership:
\u2022 Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
\u2022 Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training
sessions.
Market Intelligence:
\u2022 Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to
identify growth opportunities.
\u2022 Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and
recommendations.
Logistics &amp; Operations Coordination:
\u2022 Work closely with the central kitchen and logistics team to ensure timely
delivery and product quality.
Customer Relationship Management:
\u2022 Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high
satisfaction levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desired Skills &amp; Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience:
\u2022 8 \u2013 20 years of proven experience in FMCG\/Food + Beverage sales,
channel sales, or distribution sales, preferably in food and beverage.
Leadership:
\u2022 Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team.
Communication:
\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation:
\u2022 Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Analytical Skills:
\u2022 Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
Adaptability:
\u2022 Willingness to travel within the Tri-city area as required.
