Key Responsibilities

\uf0b7 Lead and manage domestic channel sales across assigned states and cities.
\uf0b7 Develop and strengthen the distributor and dealer network, ensuring active
engagement and business growth.
\uf0b7 Identify and onboard new dealers\/distributors in untapped territories.
\uf0b7 Handle OEM clients and build long-term B2B partnerships.
\uf0b7 Strategize and execute sales targets, promotional campaigns, and trade schemes.
\uf0b7 Regularly travel to key cities and markets for business development and relationship
management.
\uf0b7 Conduct competitor analysis and provide market insights to the management.
\uf0b7 Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams including supply chain, marketing, and
finance.

Desired Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Experience: 4\u20136 years in channel sales in the battery, automobile, energy, or related
sector.
\uf0b7 Regional Expertise: Must be from Punjab or have strong familiarity with the region\u2019s
market dynamics.
\uf0b7 Knowledge Areas:
o Dealer\/distributor on boarding &amp; development
o Channel sales planning &amp; execution
o OEM handling
o Domestic market intelligence
\uf0b7 Age: Preferably up to 35 years.
\uf0b7 Personality: Smart, proactive, excellent communication skills, and capable of handling
responsibilities independently.
\uf0b7 Travel: Willing to travel frequently across domestic regions as per business needs.
