Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic
relationships with architects and MEP consultants, promoting the company\u2019s luxury
plumbing products, and driving specifications into construction projects. This role combines
technical acumen, persuasive communication, and a passion for design excellence.
Customer-Focused
\uf0b7 Regular visits to architectural firms and MEP consultants for engagement and follow-
up
\uf0b7 Track project pipelines and follow through from specification to execution
\uf0b7 Ensure product specifications are included in design and construction documents
\uf0b7 Provide timely reports on activities, leads, conversions, and project milestones
Marketing
\uf0b7 Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns
\uf0b7 Conduct regular product seminars, workshops, and networking events
\uf0b7 Stay updated on architectural trends, competitive products, and market developments
Relationship Building
\uf0b7 Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and MEP
consultants
\uf0b7 Establish trust and credibility through consistent communication and support
\uf0b7 Sales-driven mindset with ability to manage long sales cycles
Event Participation
\uf0b7 Lead product seminars, workshops, and design-oriented presentations
\uf0b7 Represent the company at trade shows, industry meetups, and consultant networking
events
\uf0b7 Engage audiences with product demos and immersive showcases<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Skills &amp; Competencies
\uf0b7 Strong interpersonal and communication skills
\uf0b7 Technical understanding of plumbing systems and solutions
\uf0b7 Appreciation of architecture and design aesthetics
\uf0b7 Analytical and strategic thinking
\uf0b7 Sales-driven mindset with ability to manage long sales cycles
\uf0b7 Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in fieldwork
Qualifications &amp; Experience
\uf0b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Science, Engineering, Commerce or Business.
\uf0b7 2\u20135 years of experience in business development, preferably in construction industry
or related products. ( Freshers are also okay as long as they have the right attitude and
are open to a steep learning curve).
\uf0b7 Good understanding and hands on experience with tools like O356 and social media
platforms.
Work Location
\uf0b7 Based in Bangalore with travel to client sites and industry events as needed (Travel
costs will be covered by the company).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
