Key Responsibilities:
\uf0b7 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions using
accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, etc.).
\uf0b7 Prepare sales and purchase entries, journal entries, and other necessary
vouchers.
\uf0b7 Manage accounts payable and receivable; reconcile vendor and customer
statements.
\uf0b7 Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on receivables.
\uf0b7 Prepare bank reconciliations and reconcile general ledger accounts.
\uf0b7 Handle petty cash transactions and maintain records.
\uf0b7 Assist with monthly GST filings, TDS payments, and other statutory
compliances.
\uf0b7 Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors during audits.
\uf0b7 Generate reports such as trial balance, P&L statements, and balance sheets
as required.
\uf0b7 Support in payroll processing and expense reimbursements (optional based
on role structure).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:
\uf0b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
\uf0b7 2\u20134 years of experience in a similar role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Proficiency in accounting software like Tally ERP, MS Excel, and GST portal.
\uf0b7 Good understanding of accounting principles, taxation (GST, TDS), and
compliance.
\uf0b7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\uf0b7 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
\uf0b7 Ability to work independently and in a team environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preferred Qualifications:
\uf0b7 Experience in a manufacturing or trading firm (especially if
inventory\/accounting integration is required).
\uf0b7 Familiarity with ERP systems or cloud-based accounting tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
