Key Responsibilities
\uf0a7 To support the design, development, testing, and implementation of FICO\/JVA a robust
month-end closing in S\/4 HANA system.
\uf0a7 Candidate should have strong technical & documentation skills. The applicant should also
have expertise in the planning, development, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP S\/4
HANA\u2013 FICO\/JVA functional areas.
\uf0a7 Must be able to perform and conduct the QA and UAT testing, and end user training to
business personnel.
\uf0a7 Good project management skills, operating as part of a team organizing, planning, and
executing large-scale projects from vision through implementation.
\uf0a7 Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex
business concepts in technical terms.
\uf0a7 Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT areas to ensure
successful implementation and support project efforts.
\uf0a7 Document and update, test scenarios, end user training \/ technical manuals and able to
conduct user training
\uf0a7 Develop and compile test scripts, Conducting \/ coordinating Unit Testing, Integration
Testing, Quality Assurance \/ User Acceptance Testing. Resolving testing issues, specifying
documenting fixes and re-testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Educational Qualification
\uf0a7 A bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration or management information systems
(or other STEM subjects) with an emphasis in a FICO functional and technical area, or
equivalent work experience and technical training, is required.
Required Professional Qualifications\/Skills
\uf0a7 SAP FICO \u2013 JVA Consultant with at least 10 years hands on experience in SAP FICO JVA
environment.
\uf0a7 Certified in S4\/HANA Finance
\uf0a7 Strong Business knowledge and configuration experience in JVA processes, familiar with
joint venture concepts such as Joint venture funding, cash-calls, cutback, billing etc.
\uf0a7 Strong COexperience particularly in cost allocation,settlementof various cost objectssuch
as orders and Work break down structures.
\uf0a7 At least 5+ years\u2019 work experience in the Oil & Gas industry is compulsory.
\uf0a7 Working experience of at least one major S\/4 HANA implementation.
\uf0a7 Hands-on experience and involvement in multiple data migration projects.
\uf0a7 Strong verbal and written communications skills (in English), with an ability to express
complex business concepts in technical terms.
\uf0a7 Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptualskills.
\uf0a7 Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and
foster team commitment to tasks.
\uf0a7 Working knowledge of Advanced features of MS Office 360, SharePoint and other tools
etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
