\uf0a7 Generate leads for new business by various channels.
\uf0a7 Reach out to potential customers and pitch for new business opportunities
\uf0a7 Achieve individual sales target
\uf0a7 Build and maintain relationships with client contacts and decision makers
\uf0a7 Analysis of the competitors and market
\uf0a7 Roll out of new clients &amp; ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery, while
maintaining quality with the operations team.
\uf0a7 Will be responsible for achieving targets at an individual level &amp; the objectives set by
the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0a7 Key Account Management: Manage the existing and the newly added client base with
respect to maintaining relations and managing end-to-end cycle right from generating
Sales leads to till get agreement singed.
\uf0a7 To build the strong database from internal and external data sources . <\/p>\n\n\n\n

People Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


\uf0a7 Coordination with the operation Team, digital marketing team &amp; clients.
\uf0a7 Self-motivate and empower team to deliver company\u2019s goals
\uf0a7 Sales and marketing (concept selling) with a strong marketing domain.
\uf0a7 Support in implementation of business strategy and sustainable growth of business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Desired Candidate Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


\uf0a7 You must have your won vehicle.
\uf0a7 Having throughout excellent academic record, including MBA Graduate from reputed
management institute in Sales &amp; Marketing.
\uf0a7 Positive Attitude.
\uf0a7 Behavioural Competencies.
\uf0a7 Excellent communication skills; speaking, writing, listening, can communicate
difficult and complex matters in a straightforward manner.
\uf0a7 Ability to grasp concepts quickly, think beyond traditional methods to exceed client\u2019s
expectations.
\uf0a7 Ability to maintain professionalism and honesty while building trust, and respect for the
company and clients.
\uf0a7 Strong organizational, analytical, detailed planning and project management skills.
