Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the complete sales cycle for enterprise and SaaS products \u2014 from initial contact, conducting product demonstrations, understanding client requirements, preparing customized proposals, handling negotiations, and driving deals to closure.
* Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients based in India and overseas markets, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, referrals, and existing client connections. Use creative and strategic approaches to identify and connect with key decision-makers.
* Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate and updated sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report weekly\/monthly sales performance to senior management.
* Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets of INR 1 Crore per annum, while contributing to the overall growth strategy of the business.
* Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide relevant insights and identify new business opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Background:
* Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering (B.E. \/ B.Tech)
* MBA in Marketing (preferred)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience:
* 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B software sales or selling data center services.
* Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in SaaS sales to large-sized enterprises.
* Proven record of closing high-value deals amounting to \u20b91 Crore+ in annual revenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technical & Professional Skills:
* Deep understanding of enterprise software and SaaS solutions.
* Strong negotiation, proposal writing, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
* Experience working with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
