Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales of Equipment and Services:
Promote and sell coal beneficiation equipment, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vibrating Screens<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cyclones<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Centrifuges<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Magnetic Separators<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flotation Cells<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Filter Presses<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dry Sorting Equipment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Market and sell consultation, design, and engineering services tailored to the coal processing industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Identify and prioritize market segments and geographies with high potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure target achievement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and sustain long-term client relationships through regular engagement and technical support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and live product demonstrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Act as the key point of contact between customers and internal technical teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Market Intelligence and Analysis:
Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Translate market insights into actionable sales opportunities and product development suggestions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal design, engineering, and consultation teams to align product specifications and delivery timelines with client expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Provide client feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Marketing and Promotional Activities:
Support the development of marketing content, product brochures, and sales collateral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare periodic sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and contracts in the CRM system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mineral Processing, or a related technical discipline; MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience: Minimum 5\u20138 years of experience in industrial or technical sales, preferably in the coal beneficiation or mineral processing sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with mineral processing equipment and plant operations is essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong technical understanding of beneficiation equipment and systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Strategic thinking with an ability to analyze markets and align efforts to business goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desirable Attributes:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role within mining or heavy engineering industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience working with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) clients or public sector undertakings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
