Being Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible to <\/strong>–<\/strong> 
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.      Generate electrical schematic drawings for Control Systems, Panels and Junction Boxes using     E-plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.      Understanding of control philosophy and development of hardwire relay logic   accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.      Generate and designing of SLD\u2019s and electrical schematic of MCC panel, APFC panel, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  calculating KVAR rating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.      Preparation and release of Bill of material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.      Basic understanding of PLC selection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.      Basic understanding of control philosophy and prepare I\/O list accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.      Preparation of PLC architecture using electrical Auto Cad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8.      Generate cabinet layout and component arrangement of VFD panel, PLC panel, MCC, APFC panel using electrical AutoCAD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9.      Generation of blocks, setting of templates in the model or layout<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10.  Preparation of terminal report, cable schedule, cable tray layout, cable route diagram and Conduit development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11.  Calculations of heat and load of panels and system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12.  Selection of switchgears, electrical components, VFD\u2019s etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13.  Complete aesthetical and functional panel testing and troubleshooting of fault.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14.  Generate test report, MOM, customer Response Sheet and documentation as per instruction of Project Lead, Senior Engineer and Engineering Manager<\/p>\n\n\n\n

15.  Controls Panel Designing using E-Plan & AutoCAD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualification <\/u><\/strong>–<\/p>\n\n\n\n

01.  Graduates \/ Diploma from BE (E&TC, Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical) with recognised universities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

02.  Knowledge and Skills: Excellent automaton skills and deep understanding level about project requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

03.  Capable to work on AUTO CAD, E- PLAN, or any Design software,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

04.  Details knowledge of  Project Integration of PLC, HMI, SCADA, Servo, and Panel accessories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

05.  2 Years and above work experience<\/strong> with any design software and its execution in real sense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

06.  Good prioritizing and planning skill.
