Key Responsibilities:
\uf0b7 Overseeing end-to-end project management of packaging artwork delivery, continuously driving
packaging artwork excellence
\uf0b7 Lead and oversee the multiple packaging artwork projects from design through to print package.
\uf0b7 Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (marketing, design, R&D, regulatory, supply chain) and
external stakeholders (agencies, printers, suppliers).
\uf0b7 Sets agenda, and clearly defines cross-functional responsibilities from project start to completion.
\uf0b7 Facilitate regular communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
\uf0b7 Identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays in the artwork development process and implement solutions to
mitigate them.
\uf0b7 Oversee artwork project reports that highlight progress, challenges, and solutions. Communicate these
findings to senior artwork project managers and cross-functional teams to keep everyone informed and
engaged.
\uf0b7 Manage feedback loops, consolidating inputs to minimize iterations and maintain efficiency.
\uf0b7 Act as a mentor\/coach for associate artwork project managers and project coordinators.
Skills \u2013 needed but not limited to
\uf0b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing, design, project management, or a related field.
\uf0b7 Proven experience in managing end-to-end process of artwork, printing and digital assets creation in a
Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment
\uf0b7 10+ years of experience in artwork management and packaging within a CPG or FMCG environment with
6 years of experience leading a team.
\uf0b7 Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment across multiple
functions (marketing, R&D, sourcing, design external agencies and operations)
\uf0b7 Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira is crucial for
tracking tasks, deadlines, and progress. 
\uf0b7 Familiarity in artwork and design software is beneficial; while direct design involvement is not required, a
basic understanding of platforms like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) can enhance
communication with creative teams. 
\uf0b7 Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
\uf0b7 Highly collaborative, with strong experience working with Global & Local stakeholders
\uf0b7 Possess functional knowledge of marketing, branding and new product development
\uf0b7 Excellent interpersonal, written &amp; verbal communication skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
