Responsibilities and Duties:
\u2022 Conduct proactive outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential customers and qualify leads
\u2022 Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits and pricing
\u2022 Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to close, ensuring that customer information and sales data is accurate and up-to-date.
\u2022 Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
\u2022 Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, including lead generation, sales activities and closed deals.
\u2022 Collaborate effectively with other members of the sales team, sharing best practices and contributing to team success
\u2022 Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings, adjusting sales strategies as required.
\u2022 Use Google Sheet to manage customer interactions and sales data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information
\u2022 Attend sales training and other professional development activities as required.
\u2022 Other duties as assigned. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job requirements and skills:
\u2022 Strong verbal and written communication skills
\u2022 Excellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
\u2022 Ability to work effectively as part of a sales team, contributing to team success
\u2022 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
\u2022 Knowledge of sales techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification and closing deals
\u2022 Familiarity with Google Sheet and MS Office.
\u2022 Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
\u2022 Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
\u2022 Customer service skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
