Job Summary:
The Offline Business Development Manager will represent the company at college campuses to promote
DBMCI offerings, onboard college Ambassadors, ensure app downloads, collect relevant data, and drive
market share growth.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a knack for networking, and the
ability to execute marketing and sales strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Marketing:
\u25cf Promote company offerings to students.
\u25cf Conduct live product demonstrations and engage with the target audience.
\u25cf Achieve monthly\/quarterly sales targets by converting leads into admissions.
2. Campus Engagement:
\u25cf Plan and execute campaigns in colleges to increase brand visibility and adoption.
\u25cf Build relationships with campus authorities to get permissions for promotional activities.
\u25cf Host or support events, seminars, or workshops to engage the target audience.
3. Onboarding AMBs:
\u25cf Identify and recruit students as a college Ambassador.
\u25cf Train AMBs on their roles and responsibilities, including promoting the brand, driving app
downloads, and data collection.
\u25cf Support AMBs in their activities to achieve desired results.
4. App Downloads and Data Collection:
\u25cf Actively encourage students to download the app and register.
\u25cf Collect accurate data from the target audience and ensure its timely submission.
5. Market Research and Insights:
\u25cf Collect feedback from students on the company\u2019s offerings.
\u25cf Identify opportunities to increase market share by analyzing competitors\u2019 activities and trends
in the education sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Reporting and Documentation:
\u25cf Submit daily\/weekly reports on activities, sales, and other performance metrics.
\u25cf Ensure proper documentation of all on-ground campaigns, app downloads, AMBs onboarding,
and data collected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Skills and Competencies:
\u25cf Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
\u25cf Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
\u25cf Marketing Expertise: Experience in on-ground promotional activities and event execution.
\u25cf Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with college authorities
and students.
\u25cf Data Handling: Proficient in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data.
\u25cf Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with mobile applications, digital tools, and reporting software.
\u25cf Team Player: Ability to collaborate with internal teams and manage AMBs effectively.
Qualifications:
\u25cf Bachelor\u2019s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
\u25cf Min. 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the education or youth-focused
sectors.
\u25cf Fluency in the local languages and English.
\u25cf Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
\u25cf Number of colleges visited per week\/month.
\u25cf App downloads and registrations achieved.
\u25cf Number of AMBs onboarded and active participation from them.
\u25cf Feedback and data collection quality and quantity.
\u25cf Growth in market share within assigned territories.
