Key Responsibilities:
<\/strong>
Act as the primary point of contact between Indian operations and the Chinese manufacturing team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Facilitate effective communication related to equipment specifications, production schedules, shipments, and quality control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coordinate technical and commercial documentation, including purchase orders, shipping documents, and inspection certificates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monitor and update project timelines, ensuring alignment between manufacturing and delivery schedules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Liaise with customs agents, freight forwarders, and compliance officers to ensure timely import of equipment and materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Support after-sales coordination, especially where language, timezone, or technical gaps may arise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assist the service team in relaying technical issues to the manufacturer and tracking resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maintain regular reports on shipments, manufacturing status, and supply chain progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Qualifications and Skills:
<\/strong>
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in liaison or coordination roles, preferably in mining, mineral processing, or heavy machinery sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Understanding of coal beneficiation processes and equipment is a strong advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Hindi<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Familiarity with international trade, import\/export documentation, and basic contractual terms (Incoterms, LC, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proficient in MS Office, with ability to manage trackers, reports, and documentation logs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preferred Attributes:

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ability to work independently and across time zones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cultural awareness and flexibility in working with international teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Problem-solving mindset and accountability in cross-border coordination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
