Documentation of Export &amp; Imports profile for Gurgaon location"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage all documentation related to export and import shipments, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and other statutory documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and transporters to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with international trade laws and export-import regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and update records of dispatches and customs documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor shipment schedules and provide regular updates to relevant departments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle correspondence with clients and vendors related to shipping and logistics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with internal departments to ensure readiness of materials for dispatch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility Criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum qualification: Graduate\/B.Com or equivalent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience working in\u00a0<strong>industrial units<\/strong>\u00a0is a must.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preference will be given to candidates with experience in\u00a0<strong>chemical industries<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong coordination and organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in MS Office and documentation software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>#JobOpening #Hiring #JobSearch #NowHiring #CareerOpportunity #Employment #JobOpportunity #JobListing #JobPosting #JobAlert #recruitment&nbsp;
