Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Business Strategy and Planning:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Develop and execute a comprehensive business development<\/p>\n\n\n\n

strategy for the FMCG divisions, aligning with company goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Identify emerging trends, market shifts, and competitive landscape to<\/p>\n\n\n\n

inform strategic direction and growth initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FMCG companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Identify potential clients, develop a targeted approach, and manage<\/p>\n\n\n\n

the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Present the agency’s services effectively, showcasing capabilities and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

previous successes to win new accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Team Leadership:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Development team, setting<\/p>\n\n\n\n

clear objectives and providing support to ensure high performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Work closely with cross-functional teams (Creative, Client Servicing,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and Accounts) to ensure alignment and successful client onboarding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Conduct in-depth research on market trends, client needs, and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

industry developments within FMCG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Provide insights to the internal team, shaping campaign strategies<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and value propositions based on client requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Proposal Development and Negotiation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Develop high-quality proposals, presentations, and RFP responses<\/p>\n\n\n\n

that communicate value propositions effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and terms to secure<\/p>\n\n\n\n

beneficial partnerships and long-term engagements.

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Education: <\/strong>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA<\/p>\n\n\n\n

or equivalent qualification is preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience: <\/strong>2-5 years of experience in business development within the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

advertising industry, with a strong focus on FMCG sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Demonstrated success in client acquisition and relationship<\/p>\n\n\n\n

management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Strong knowledge of advertising, digital marketing, and industry<\/p>\n\n\n\n

specific challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
