Key Responsibili-es
\u2022 Lead end-to-end social media strategy and execu3on for mul3ple client brands across
industries. Must take an interest in understanding the industry and client
requirements thoroughly.
\u2022 Manage and coordinate with Social Media Execu3ves to ensure 3mely delivery and
quality control.
\u2022 Own client communica3on for assigned brands, manage approval workflows, and
maintain smooth coordina3on.
\u2022 Oversee and par3cipate in content crea3on\u2014conceptualizing, wri3ng, shoo3ng,
recording, and approving posts, reels, and stories.
\u2022 Ensure brands\u2019 consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all plaPorms.
\u2022 Provide assistance to performance marketers for paid ad campaigns and SEO, where
needed.
\u2022 Monitor and respond to community interac3ons and customer feedback on all
plaPorms.
\u2022 Regularly track, analyze, and report on performance metrics with clear ROI insights.
\u2022 Suggest and implement new features, formats, and ideas to boost engagement and
brand visibility.
\u2022 Stay updated on trends, tools, and plaPorm algorithm changes to inform strategy.
Qualifica-ons
\u2022 At least 2 years of proven experience in social media marke3ng.
\u2022 Experience of working in an agency will be a plus.
\u2022 Proficiency with all social media plaPorms, including Meta, TwiUer\/X, LinkedIn, and
YouTube for strategy, scheduling, pos3ng, etc.
\u2022 Strong understanding of storytelling methods, content requirements, and visual
aesthe3cs.
\u2022 Excellent communica3on and teamwork skills.
