We are looking for a Seasoned, Hardworking, Smart, Design Engineer with proven experience and having passion for Design, Development of complex concepts into Real Panel Work.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Being Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible to <\/strong>–<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Generate electrical schematic drawings for Control Systems, Panels and Junction Boxes using\u00a0E-plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Understanding of control philosophy and development of hardwire relay logic \u00a0 accordingly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Generate and designing of SLD\u2019s and electrical schematic of MCC panel, APFC panel,\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      calculating KVAR rating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Preparation and release of Bill of material.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Basic understanding of PLC selection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Basic understanding of control philosophy and prepare I\/O list accordingly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Preparation of PLC architecture using electrical Auto Cad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Generate cabinet layout and component arrangement of VFD panel, PLC panel, MCC, APFC panel using electrical AutoCAD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Generation of blocks, setting of templates in the model or layout<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Preparation of terminal report, cable schedule, cable tray layout, cable route diagram and Conduit development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Calculations of heat and load of panels and systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. Selection of switchgears, electrical components, VFD\u2019s etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    10. Complete aesthetical and functional panel testing and troubleshooting of fault.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    11. Generate test report, MOM, customer Response Sheet and documentation as per instruction of Project Lead, Senior Engineer and Engineering Manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    12. Controls Panel Designing using E-Plan & AutoCAD.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Qualification <\/strong>–<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1. Graduates \/ Diploma from BE (E&TC, Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical) with recognised universities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Knowledge and Skills: Excellent automaton skills and deep understanding level about project requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Capable to work on AUTOCAD, E- PLAN, or any Design software,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Details knowledge of\u00a0 Project Integration of PLC, HMI, SCADA, Servo, and Panel accessories.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. 2 Years and above work experience<\/strong>\u00a0with any design software and its execution in a real sense.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Good prioritizing and planning skills.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        (Note: Candidates need to have his own vehicle to travel. expenses will be taken care of by the company.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
