Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Sales Outreach:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Initiate outbound calls to international prospects using provided lead lists,
databases, or other sources.
\u2022 Present and explain the benefits, features, and specifications of products\/services to
potential customers.
\u2022 Customize sales pitches based on the prospect’s needs and preferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Relationship Building:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers
through effective communication.
\u2022 Listen attentively to customer inquiries, concerns, and objections, and provide
appropriate responses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Needs Analysis:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Ask probing questions to understand the customer’s requirements and pain points.
\u2022 Recommend suitable solutions that align with the customer’s needs and offer value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Objection Handling:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Address customer objections with empathy and information, aiming to overcome
hesitations and misconceptions.
\u2022 Provide clear and accurate information to assist customers in making informed
decisions.
5. Sales Process Management:
\u2022 Keep detailed records of all interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions using CRM
software or designated tools.
\u2022 Follow the established sales process, accurately documenting and tracking the
progress of each lead.
6. Sales Target Achievement:
\u2022 Strive to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
\u2022 Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies to optimize conversion rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Product Knowledge:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services, staying up-to-
date with new offerings and updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Collaboration:
\u2022 Coordinate with other teams such as marketing and customer support to provide a
seamless customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Reporting:
\u2022 Generate regular sales reports detailing progress, challenges, and successes to sales
managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications:
<\/strong>
\u2022 Post Graduation
\u2022 Proven experience in telesales, international sales, or a related sales role.
\u2022 Excellent verbal communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
\u2022 Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with international customers.
\u2022 Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
\u2022 Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
\u2022 Resilience to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
\u2022 Proficiency in multiple languages may be a plus, depending on target markets.
\u2022 Results-driven attitude and a self-motivated approach to achieving targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Timings: 9 hours shift with 1 hour break
5 days Working.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
