Sales &amp; Market Development<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, fabricators, and contractors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate and close leads through site visits, cold calling, and networking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote product adoption in the construction and stone industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Revenue Generation &amp; Target Achievement<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meet and exceed monthly\/quarterly sales targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upsell and cross-sell relevant chemical products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Customer Relationship Management<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (architects, builders, stone fabricators, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide product demonstrations, training, and after-sales support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Branding &amp; Market Visibility<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participate in local promotional campaigns, trade fairs, and workshops.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure product visibility at distributor outlets and project sites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide feedback to marketing for improved strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Reporting &amp; Market Insights<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain CRM records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide weekly\/monthly reports on sales performance and competitor activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share insights on customer needs and market gaps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong>\u00a0Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong>\u00a02-5 years in sales, preferably in\u00a0<strong>stone, construction, or chemical industries<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Skills:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of the local market and customer base.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently and achieve targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Other:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in local language and Hindi\/English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perks &amp;
