Job Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data Management:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
Documentation & Reporting:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prepare, manage, and organize documents, reports, and records.
Generate and share reports with relevant teams as required.
Coordination & Support:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assist various departments (Sales, HR, Finance, etc.) with backend operations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Customer & Vendor Support:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Handle backend support for customer queries, complaints, or requests.
Process orders, invoices, and other administrative tasks.
System & Process Handling:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work on ERP, CRM, or other relevant software for operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Communication & Follow-ups:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams via email and calls.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Compliance & Confidentiality:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information.
Adhere to company guidelines and data protection policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills & Qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Education: Any Graduate <\/p>\n\n\n\n
