The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting&nbsp;sales&nbsp;and revenue targets in terms of daily, Weekly, Bi &#8211; Monthly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi Annually, Annually across all categories from Mumbai and Navi &#8211; Mumbai. He \/ She shall be overseeing the&nbsp;sales&nbsp;operations, managing relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and developing and leading a team of&nbsp;sales&nbsp;representatives. The&nbsp;Sales&nbsp;Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing&nbsp;sales&nbsp;strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. He will be placed at our Thane office, which he has to lead independently.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sales\u00a0Strategy &amp; Planning:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and implement effective\u00a0sales\u00a0strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with senior management to set revenue and\u00a0sales\u00a0targets and budgets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Development:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop, Lead, motivate, and manage a team of\u00a0sales\u00a0representatives to meet and exceed\u00a0sales\u00a0and revenue targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to enhance the team\u2019s skills and productivity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster a high-performance\u00a0sales\u00a0culture through effective communication, support, and incentive programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Client Relationship Management:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, dealers, Omni Channels, Super Markets, and retailers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored product solutions and ensure the revenue generation within stipulated time frame as and when defined by the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty which in turns shall be able to generate revenue\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sales\u00a0Execution &amp; Performance Monitoring:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitor\u00a0sales\u00a0performance and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure objectives are met.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop\u00a0sales\u00a0forecasts and reports, and track progress against targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead negotiations and close deals with both new and existing clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Market Expansion &amp; Product Distribution:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify new\u00a0sales\u00a0channels and market segments to expand the brand\u2019s presence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure product availability, pricing, and promotional activities align with\u00a0sales\u00a0strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee the distribution process to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collaborate with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and efficient delivery to customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and\u00a0sales\u00a0tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reporting &amp; Documentation:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide regular\u00a0sales\u00a0reports, performance analysis, and market insights to senior management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions,\u00a0sales\u00a0activities, and contract details in the CRM system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Budget Management:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage the\u00a0sales\u00a0budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Control\u00a0sales-related costs and report on any variances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Should be capable of travelling as business demands. (Consider 70% to 85% of traveling)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong>\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business,\u00a0Sales, or a related field.
