Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy &amp; Development:
\uf0b7 Define and execute the product roadmap, from ideation through launch.
\uf0b7 Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and
competitive landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disinfectant Solutions Powered by Microbiology<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Develop product specifications, pricing strategies, and positioning for new
products.
\uf0b7 Work with R&amp;D, design, and manufacturing teams to develop innovative,
effective disinfectant products.
\uf0b7 Ensure products comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and
certifications.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
\uf0b7 Work closely with marketing, sales, customer service, and operations teams
to ensure alignment on product objectives and deliverables.
\uf0b7 Communicate product benefits and key features to internal teams, sales, and
customers.
\uf0b7 Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they can effectively
promote and sell the product.
3. Product Lifecycle Management:
\uf0b7 Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept through development,
launch, and post-launch analysis.
\uf0b7 Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and make data-
driven decisions to refine and improve products.
\uf0b7 Manage the product portfolio, ensuring the company\u2019s products meet market
demands while maintaining profitability.
4. Customer &amp; Market Insights:
\uf0b7 Gather insights from customers, end-users, and stakeholders to inform
product development and improvements.
\uf0b7 Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, emerging trends, and
market challenges related to sanitation and disinfectant solutions.
\uf0b7 Analyse sales data, feedback, and market conditions to adjust product
strategies accordingly.
5. Innovation &amp; Trend Monitoring:
\uf0b7 Stay up-to-date on new technologies, regulatory changes, and industry
innovations related to disinfectants and cleaning solutions.
\uf0b7 Proactively identify new product opportunities and recommend areas for
product line expansion or enhancement.4. Candidate Profile:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Experience:-

<\/strong>o Minimum 02 Years of Experience in Disinfectant Products<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disinfectant Solutions Powered by Microbiology<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Educational Qualifications:- 

<\/strong>Bachelor & degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field
(Master & preferred).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Required Skills :- 
<\/strong>
o Strong understanding of product development, market research, and
lifecycle management.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-
functional teams.
o Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed
decisions.
o Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance (e.g., EPA,
OSHA, FDA).
o Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced
