Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 <\/strong>Sales Target Achievement<\/strong>: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets by promoting and selling the company\u2019s pharmaceutical disinfectant products to new and existing clients, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 <\/strong>Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management<\/strong>: Identify and acquire new customers, while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 <\/strong>Product Knowledge<\/strong>: Possess a thorough understanding of the disinfectant products manufactured by the company, including their benefits, applications, and competitive advantages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 <\/strong>Market Expansion<\/strong>: Explore new business opportunities within the healthcare sector and identify potential markets for product distribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 <\/strong>Sales Presentations and Demonstrations<\/strong>: Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the effectiveness and benefits of our disinfectant products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 <\/strong>Negotiation & Deal Closing<\/strong>: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring favourable terms for the company while meeting customer needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 <\/strong>Order Processing<\/strong>: Oversee the sales order process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment from initial inquiry to delivery. Follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 <\/strong>Reporting and Documentation<\/strong>: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and activities using CRM tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 <\/strong>Collaboration with Internal Teams<\/strong>: Work closely with the production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure product availability, support promotional activities, and align sales efforts with overall company objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 <\/strong>Compliance and Quality Assurance<\/strong>: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Maintain the highest level of product quality and customer service standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 <\/strong>Customer Support<\/strong>: Provide post-sale support and address any customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications & Requirements<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 <\/strong>Education<\/strong>: Bachelor’s degree in Preferable in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 <\/strong>Experience<\/strong>: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry, preferably with a focus on disinfectant products, medical supplies, or chemicals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 <\/strong>Skills<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and disinfectant products will be added advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 <\/strong>Travel<\/strong>: Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region or territory to meet clients and prospects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 <\/strong>Language<\/strong>: English & Regional Language<\/p>\n\n\n\n
