class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Manage Procurement<\/strong>: Develop and Oversee the procurement of organic agricultural commodities directly from farmers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quality Assurance<\/strong>: Ensure procurement processes adhere to company SOPs and quality standards set forth from APEDA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Logistics Coordination<\/strong>: Oversee the weighment, quality testing, and logistics of procured commodities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transportation<\/strong>: Coordinate the timely transportation of commodities from procurement centres to central warehouses or processing centres as and when directed for respective commodities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Compliance<\/strong>: Ensure all procurement activities comply with organic certification standards and regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Supplier Relationships<\/strong>: Build and maintain strong relationships with organic farmers, FPOs, and suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Supplier Onboarding<\/strong>: Identify and onboard new suppliers to expand the procurement network as per company set standard<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Education:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in agriculture, Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional degrees or certifications in procurement or organic farming are a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Experience:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least 3 years of experience in agricultural procurement in the organic sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with Agri-commodity procurement, organic certification processes, and working with rural communities and farmers is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Soft Skills and Attributes:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Communication<\/strong>: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with farmers, suppliers, and internal teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Negotiation<\/strong>: Strong negotiation skills to secure the best terms and prices from suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Problem-Solving<\/strong>: Ability to think on their feet and resolve issues that arise during procurement and logistics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Attention to Detail<\/strong>: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in quality assurance and compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Team Player<\/strong>: Collaborative attitude to work effectively with various departments and external partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Adaptability<\/strong>: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage multiple tasks efficiently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cultural Sensitivity<\/strong>: Respectful and understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds, particularly in rural settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Integrity<\/strong>: Demonstrates ethical behavior and ensures fair practices in
