Job Description & Requirements

Job Summary:
The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of preparing,
submitting, and tracking tenders for pharmaceutical disinfectant products. This position
requires a detail-oriented individual with knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, a solid
understanding of tender documentation, and strong communication skills to liaise with
various stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:
<\/strong>
\uf0b7 Tender Preparation:
\uf0b7 Identify and monitor relevant tenders for pharmaceutical disinfectant products
through GEM and other platforms.
\uf0b7 Prepare and submit tenders through the GEM portal, ensuring compliance
with government-specific guidelines and formats.
\uf0b7 Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, and production) to
gather necessary documents and information for tender submissions.
\uf0b7 Prepare technical and commercial proposals in response to tender invitations,
ensuring compliance with all requirements.
\uf0b7 Ensure timely submission of tenders, adhering to deadlines and guidelines.
\uf0b7 Tender Documentation &amp; Compliance:
\uf0b7 Review and analyze tender documents, ensuring all requirements are
understood and met.
\uf0b7 Ensure that all legal, regulatory, and compliance aspects of the tender are
adhered to.
\uf0b7 Maintain an up-to-date library of tender documents, templates, and
submissions.
\uf0b7 Bid Management:
<\/strong>\uf0b7 Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to develop competitive and
strategic bids.
\uf0b7 Address any questions or clarifications from the client or tendering authority.
\uf0b7 Prepare detailed price quotes and negotiate terms where necessary, in line
with company policies.
\uf0b7 Stakeholder Communication:
\uf0b7 Liaise with clients, government authorities, distributors, and internal teams
regarding tender-related inquiries and updates.
\uf0b7 Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that product
availability aligns with the tender requirements.
\uf0b7 Tender Follow-Up &amp; Reporting:
\uf0b7 Track tender submissions and follow up with clients for feedback or award
status.
\uf0b7 Maintain a database of tender submissions and outcomes.
\uf0b7 Provide regular reports on tender progress to management.
\uf0b7 Market Intelligence:
\uf0b7 Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
\uf0b7 Gather intelligence on new and upcoming tenders within the pharmaceutical
disinfectant market.
\uf0b7 Documentation &amp; Record Keeping:
\uf0b7 Ensure proper filing and archiving of all tender documents for future
reference.
\uf0b7 Maintain accurate records of communications, submissions, and responses
related to tenders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Candidate Profile:
\uf0b7 Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the
pharmaceutical, healthcare, or disinfectant industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Educational Qualifications:
B.SC<\/a>, Pharma, Degree in pharmacy
5. Required Skills
\uf0b7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\uf0b7 Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work
under tight deadlines.
\uf0b7 Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
\uf0b7 Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant
software tools.
\uf0b7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\uf0b7 Additional Requirements:
\uf0b7 Understanding how to use search filters, view tender details, and access
documents on GEM.
\uf0b7 Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare disinfectant product industry
is highly desirable.
\uf0b7 Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
\uf0b7 Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
