Job Overview:<\/strong> We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager with a proven track record in B2B account based marketing & sales, ideally within SaaS (Software as a Service) industries. The Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, generating leads, managing the sales funnel, and converting prospects into clients. A strong understanding of LinkedIn and email marketing is essential, as these will be the primary tools for outreach. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a drive to expand our customer base in the maritime sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 Sales Strategy & Planning:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25e6 Develop and implement effective weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans and goals specific to the SaaS and maritime services industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25e6 Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25e6 Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with overall business and marketing objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 Lead Generation & Conversion:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25e6 <\/strong>Leverage LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital channels to identify and pursue potential leads within the maritime industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25e6 Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to convert leads into paying customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25e6 Provide tailored product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value of our SaaS products and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 Sales Funnel Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25e6 Design, implement, and manage a structured sales funnel to track lead progress from initial contact to closing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25e6 Continuously optimize the sales process to improve conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25e6 Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, document interactions, and forecast sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 Customer Acquisition:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25e6 Explore and tap into various online platforms, maritime industry events, referrals, and partnerships to expand the customer base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25e6 Utilize innovative approaches to reach key decision-makers in ship management, maritime compliance, and other relevant sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25e6 Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience & Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25e6 Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, maritime services, or related industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25e6 Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach and email marketing for lead generation and nurturing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25e6 Proficient in CRM systems and sales funnel management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25e6 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25e6 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Education:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25e6 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
