Job Description for: Client Servicing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree or a related field required
\u2022 Market knowledge
\u2022 Display Innovation, teamwork, adaptability & accountability at every aspect
\u2022 Communication and negotiation skills
\u2022 Ability to meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
\u2022 Managing clients end to end creating and making presentations ideating and
coming up with solutions, concepts and ideas as per the client’s brief.
\u2022 Guiding and assisting the client in selecting the right solution. Briefing and
managing the operations teams coordinating event set-ups with vendors
whenever required creating cost estimates and invoices follow up for
payments.
\u2022 To manage and execute multiple key accounts and event projects across the
globe.
\u2022 Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events,
publications, and announcements.
\u2022 Willingness to travel. Travelling onsite for execution, coordinating with
vendors as per specification and within time lines and with short notice.
\u2022 Responsible for establishing relationship with the clients of the company.
\u2022 Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
\u2022 Responsible for attending meetings with clients or interacting with them via
telephone or written communication.
\u2022 Responsible for overcoming the resistance of the clients and their objections
to services.
\u2022 Responsible for advising the higher management about the client needs.
\u2022 Responsible for taking enquiry details from client accurately.
\u2022 Responsible for preparing and providing weekly scheduled of planned
activities.
\u2022 Achieving 100% client satisfaction and client retention.
Reporting and analytics.
\u2022 Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and
marketing teams providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to
demand generation, pipeline forecast and trends, conversion rates, target
account, market segmentation,etc.
\u2022 Calling the leads & arrange business meetings with prospective clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skill sets:
\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills very proficient in creating
and making powerpoint presentations. Ability to work on Microsoft Office
softwares. Ability to ideate and come up with solutions-concepts for event
themes, designs, etc
Personality traits:
\u2022 Team player confident people manage strong ability to work under pressure.
\u2022 Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging
problems on site during the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
