Job Description:<\/strong>
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our dynamic team specializing in corporate office interior design. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and functional office spaces that reflect our clients’ brand and culture. This role involves collaborating with clients, design teams, and contractors to deliver high-quality interior environments that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\u2022Design Development: Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design solutions for corporate office projects, ensuring they meet the client’s vision, goals, and budget.
\u2022Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives. Translate these insights into design concepts that align with their brand identity and operational requirements.
\u2022Space Planning: Develop efficient and effective space plans that optimize the use of space while adhering to building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
\u2022Material and Finishes Selection: Research, select, and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting that complement the overall design concept and meet the client’s functional needs.
\u2022Construction Documentation: Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and schedules. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
\u2022Project Management: Coordinate with Site team, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and on-budget completion of projects. Monitor progress, address issues, and implement solutions as needed.
\u2022Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into projects, promoting energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.
\u2022Team Collaboration: Work closely with interior designers, engineers, and other architects to ensure cohesive and integrated project delivery.
\u2022Quality Control: Conduct site visits to review construction progress, ensure design intent is being met, and provide solutions to any on-site challenges.
\u2022Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, clearly communicating design concepts, progress updates, and project outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications:<\/strong>
\u2022Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Architecture.
\u2022Minimum 5 4-6years of experience in corporate office interior design or a related field.
\u2022Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
\u2022Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
\u2022Excellent communication and presentation skills.
\u2022Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
\u2022A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
