4.) Develop yearly recruitment plan while following the ImagoGetter

5.) Identify & recruit best talent in line with the company goals within
the time frame
6.) Ensure a smooth induction process with a clear introduction to
culture & teams.
7.) Prepare PDPs for all employees in line with PDP of the Business
Directors.
8.) Timely implementation of performance & development plan of all
employees
9.) Have clear measures & targets in place for every team\/individual
throughout the organization which will cascade from top to bottom
10.) Roll out initiatives & programs that focuses on learning &
development of all employees as well as the fun aspects at work
