We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative technical BA to lead a new integration platform using Azure Integration Services. Project requiring a proactive individual who can coordinate and document the process flows and detailed Integration requirements and specifications. The ideal candidate will be a technical subject matter expert (SME) in driving and managing all blueprints for the project and possess strong business analysis (BA) skills to capture and refine integration specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Project Coordination and Delivery:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Support the Development and execution of a detailed project plan to deliver required integrations within the specified time frame and budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Support the Delivery Manager with the daily operations and project tasks of the development team, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Technical Business Analysis:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Act as a technical BA, liaising with key stakeholders and suppliers to capture, document, and refine integration requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Create and complete the required Interface Design Documentation to the required standards to include system integration specifications, including data mapping, data transformation rules, and API\/web services interactions and any business logic required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Work closely with developers to ensure a clear understanding of the requirements and technical specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Ensure the Integration Design Document supports the Integration Development team in building and maintaining integrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Act as a liaison between Lead Architect, business stakeholders and development teams, facilitating communication and clarifying requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for system integrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Conduct and support system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and functionality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Track, analyse, and prioritise defects and issues identified during testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Work with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects and retest to confirm defect resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Support Lead Architect:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Collaborate with the lead architect to ensure the project vision is delivered effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Provide technical insights and recommendations to align development activities with the overall architecture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Foster open communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       6+ years of experience in documenting and delivering integration projects using Azure Integration Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Solid experience as a business analyst, with a focus on capturing and refining technical requirements for integrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Strong understanding of development standards and best practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead meetings and facilitate discussions effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Highly collaborative, trustworthy, and competent in both technical and delivery domains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Highly Desirable<\/strong>:  NetSuite integration experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Proactive and resourceful, with a strong ability to anticipate project needs and address them promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–       Empathetic and supportive, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
