The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, managing relationships with key retail and wholesale partners, and promoting our product range in order to increase market share, maximize revenue, and meet sales targets within the designated region or territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sales Growth:<\/strong><br>Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase the market share of the company\u2019s product range within the assigned region or territory.<\/li><li>Developing and reporting management in regards with the competitor&#8217;s land scape at the ground level&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Client Relationship Management:<\/strong><br>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key retail and wholesale customers, distributors, and key decision-makers.<\/li><li><strong>Market Development:<\/strong><br>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and explore untapped markets to drive growth.<\/li><li><strong>Product Knowledge &amp; Promotion:<\/strong><br>Provide detailed product information, demonstrate product benefits, and deliver engaging sales presentations to customers. Ensure that all product features and advantages are clearly communicated to target audiences.<\/li><li><strong>Sales Reporting &amp; Analytics:<\/strong><br>Regularly update sales reports, track progress against targets, and analyze sales trends. Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions, customer needs, and competitor activities.<\/li><li><strong>Merchandising &amp; Shelf Management:<\/strong><br>Ensure proper product placement and visibility in retail stores, supervise stock levels, and manage promotional materials to maximize product presence.<\/li><li><strong>Order Management:<\/strong><br>Process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and efficient coordination with supply chain and logistics teams to meet customer needs.<\/li><li><strong>Market Intelligence:<\/strong><br>Collect and analyze data on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences.
