The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales and revenue targets in terms of daily, Weekly, Bi &#8211; Monthly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi Annually, Annually across all categories. He \/ She shall be overseeing the sales operations, managing relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and developing and leading a team of sales representatives. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sales Strategy &amp; Planning:<\/strong><ul><li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.<\/li><li>Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.<\/li><li>Collaborate with senior management to set revenue and sales targets and budgets.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Development:<\/strong><ul><li>Develop, Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.<\/li><li>Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to enhance the team\u2019s skills and productivity.<\/li><li>Foster a high-performance sales culture through effective communication, support, and incentive programs.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Client Relationship Management:<\/strong><ul><li>Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, dealers, Omni Channels, Super Markets, and retailers.<\/li><li>Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored product solutions and ensure the revenue generation within stipulated time frame as and when defined by the company.<\/li><li>Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty which in turns shall be able to generate revenue&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Sales Execution &amp; Performance Monitoring:<\/strong><ul><li>Monitor sales performance and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure objectives are met.<\/li><li>Develop sales forecasts and reports, and track progress against targets.<\/li><li>Lead negotiations and close deals with both new and existing clients.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Market Expansion &amp; Product Distribution:<\/strong><ul><li>Identify new sales channels and market segments to expand the brand\u2019s presence.<\/li><li>Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure product availability, pricing, and promotional activities align with sales strategies.<\/li><li>Oversee the distribution process to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration:<\/strong><ul><li>Collaborate with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and efficient delivery to customers.<\/li><li>Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and sales tools.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Reporting &amp; Documentation:<\/strong><ul><li>Provide regular sales reports, performance analysis, and market insights to senior management.<\/li><li>Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and contract details in the CRM system.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Budget Management:<\/strong><ul><li>Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.<\/li><li>Control sales-related costs and report on any variances.<\/li><li>Should be capable of travelling as business demands. (Consider 70% to 85% of traveling)&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Education:<\/strong>&nbsp;Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
