Arranging travel bookings such as visas, flights, hotel reservations, and rental cars for Practitioners and other clients involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.     <\/strong>Vendor Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coordinate and oversee vendor relationships, ensuring seamless communication, contract negotiation, and compliance to optimize organizational operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.     <\/strong>Dictation and <\/strong>Word<\/strong> processing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taking notes and making documents on MS Word. Formatting documents as per Firm protocols<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.     <\/strong>Creating PDF binders:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Merging multiple documents into one PDF document<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.     <\/strong>Checking conflicts in mandates:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Checking and circulating conflicts arising in mandates<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8.     <\/strong>Timesheet Entries:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Filling up timesheets of the reporting Partner and getting timesheets filled by the practitioners in their department. Generate daily and weekly timesheet report and circulate it to Partners and Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9.     <\/strong>Assistance with Firm events:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Managing logistics and material for events organised by the firm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10.  <\/strong>Personal assistance:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any miscellaneous activity assigned by any Partner.
