Primary Purpose of the Role:<\/strong>
Responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves listening to clients and understanding their needs before making design decisions. Develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the clients\u2019 objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Major responsibilities & deliverables:<\/strong>
\u2022 The Graphic Designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and
photos. You- will be the one to shape the visual aspects of product packaging, social media creatives, merchandise artworks and more.
\u2022 The graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate
requirements into design. The person can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team.
\u2022 In addition to having an enthusiasm for designing, you should be capable of working well in a collaborative environment.
\u2022 Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches, create & modify fonts according to brand guidelines keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as WordPress,
\u2022 FreeHand, Adobe Suite (additional skills animation and 3D renders)
\u2022 Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
\u2022 Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
\u2022 Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers
\u2022 The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.
\u2022 Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
\u2022 Proactively invest time in learning new skills and polishing existing ones<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills:<\/strong>
\u2022 Proven graphic designing experience
\u2022 A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
\u2022 Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw)
\u2022 A keen eye for aesthetics and details
\u2022 Ability to multitask, manage simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast- paced, ever-changing environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n
