We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer with 2 to 3 years of industrial sales experience and a strong engineering background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and providing technical solutions that meet client needs. As a Sales Engineer, you will work closely with our engineering and product development teams to deliver tailored solutions to our clients in the industrial sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Sales and Business Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Technical Expertise:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that address their needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized solutions and product offerings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Market Analysis and Strategy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industrial sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Customer Support:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Address and resolve any issues or concerns clients may have in a timely manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Reporting and Documentation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Bachelor’s degree\/ Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         2-3 years of experience in industrial sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Strong technical knowledge of industrial products and solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
