Client Servicing (FMCG) – Job Description<\/strong>
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Servicing Executive to join our FMCG division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns. You will work closely with various departments within the agency to deliver high-quality service and achieve client satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong>
* Act as the primary point of contact for FMCG clients, managing day-to-day communication and fostering strong relationships.
* Understand client objectives and requirements and translate these into effective advertising strategies and campaigns.
* Coordinate with internal teams, including the Creative, Design, Copy, and Accounts teams, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of campaigns.
* Monitor the progress of campaigns, providing regular updates to clients and addressing any issues that arise promptly.
* Conduct regular meetings with clients to review campaign performance and suggest improvements.
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance, including ROI analysis and future recommendations.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
* 2+ years of experience in client servicing, preferably in an advertising agency with a focus on FMCG.
* Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications:<\/strong>
* Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Master’s degree or additional certifications in Marketing or Advertising will be considered a plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
