Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 \uf0a7 Sales Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate
the PVC raw material market in Ahmedabad and neighboring areas. Identify key
market segments, potential clients, and growth opportunities.
\uf0a7 Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. Understand
client requirements, address their concerns, and provide customized solutions to
meet their needs.
\uf0a7 Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and
market dynamics related to PVC raw materials. Conduct regular market research
to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business expansion.
\uf0a7 Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and
deliver exceptional results. Provide guidance, training, and support to team
members to enhance their performance and productivity.
\uf0a7 Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports on a
regular basis. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for
improvement. Provide timely updates to senior management regarding sales
achievements, challenges, and future prospects.
\uf0a7 Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
with clients to ensure profitable business deals. Review and finalize contracts,
agreements, and other legal documents related to sales transactions.
\uf0a7 Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering
quality products, excellent service, and timely support. Address customer
complaints and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner.
\uf0a7 Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and
regulatory requirements in all sales activities. Ensure compliance with relevant
laws, regulations, and industry standards.
\uf0a7 Stay up-to-date with new products\/services and new pricing\/payment plans
\uf0a7 Co-ordinate with dispatch team &amp; arrange complete transport for dispatch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requisite Skills:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0a7 The ability and desire to sell.
\uf0a7 Should have sales experience.
\uf0a7 Positive, confident and determined approach.
\uf0a7 Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
\uf0a7 High degree of self-motivation and ambition.
\uf0a7 Skills to work both independently and as part of a team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0a7 Capability to flourish in a competitive environment.
\uf0a7 Proven track record of success in sales management, particularly in the PVC raw
material industry.
\uf0a7 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
\uf0a7 Sound knowledge of PVC raw materials, market trends, and industry dynamics.
\uf0a7 Proficiency in MS Office.
\uf0a7 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
