Eligibility:<\/strong>
1. Diploma \/ Graduate in Plastics \/ design \/ Mechanical with good knowledge in metals with their properties, strength of materials, kinematics \/ dynamatic of material,
thermodynamics, finite element analysis and other important topics as such.
2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the design field using creo \/ NX especially in injection mold, high pressure die casting, SPM designs and machinery designs.
3. Good understanding of standards used to design with respect to material of operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job description:<\/strong>
1. Product design &amp; Tool design w.r.t, feasibility, customer standards, industrial standards. i.e. to be able to prepare product &amp; tool feasibility reports considering the customer standards for the product and tooling requirement.
2. Preparing APQP timeline sheet for assigned projects.
3. To be able to predict mold flow, gate location, shrinkage, wield lines, deflection w.r.t xyz direction. Same with sheet metal analysis.
4. To be capable to work multiple standard (MNC Company design standards) projects at any given time and location.
5. Good understanding of side cores, lifters, cylinders, kuku assemblies and other important aspects of mold design.
6. Daily update on the progress of design aspects to your reporting member.
7. When needed should volunteer to stay late hours or complete the task in the required timeline, if needed and most definitely a compensation or leave will be adjusted in such
conditions.
8. Customer review points modification, ECN changes and any other modification needed are to be updated and recorded for traceability.
9. Bill of Material (BOM) will be mandatory for each project along with a few 2d drawings from the project.
10. To be willing to visit customers when needed, travelling and other accommodations will be reimbursed on receiving the bills for the same.
11. Other activities will be informed on joining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
