Job Description: Assistant Director (Location: Mohali)
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a career in investment finance and
exposure to the Global financial markets.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic candidate to: –
\u27a2 Manage the Daily client support function via excellent written and verbal communication
\u27a2 Lead a team of experienced staff members who are all PGs\/MBAs with an experience of 3+years
\u27a2 Expand our clientele, provide support to the existing clients, and manage internaloperations
\u27a2 Help drive continuous improvement of our service levels and an excellent clientexperience
\u27a2 Help drive business growth by participating in the development of Sales, Digital Marketing and
Market Research functions
You will be leading the front-end of the business and will need to have the dedication to create and
apply effective client communication. The goal is to drive sustainable business growth by providing
strong client support and building lasting relationships with our global clients.
Successful candidates will be provided with thorough training and a progressive career path.
You will be exposed to areas of Business Development, Digital Marketing, Technical Research, and
Financial Market Analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The specific work streams will include the following activities: –
\u2022 Leading the existing teams and managing the functions of Sales and Client Support.
\u2022 Managing client relationships and ensuring impeccable customerservice.
\u2022 Interacting with our potential & existing high potential clients across the Globe, about the
products that we offer.
\u2022 Taking charge of the headcount requirement and assisting in hiring, as and whenrequired.
\u2022 Training, grooming, mentoring and performance management of the junior teammembers.
\u2022 Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial services industry happenings and current events.
\u2022 Study the ongoing economic events in the global capital market. Help the team in developing
and writing research reports and publications to be presented to global clients.
\u2022 Any other work streams as required for the growth and development of the Business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualification and Skills Required:
\u2022 CA\/MBA Finance\/ MA Economics\/ M.Com. with prior work experience of 8-10 years.
\u2022 Experience of 5-7 years working in a Global Client Support role within the Financial services
industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
