Sr. Manager \u2013 Legal:
At 315Work Avenue, we owe our success to the efficiency of organizational processes. To help maintain
and grow this standard, we\u2019re seeking an experienced Legal Sr. manager to oversee daily activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The objective of the role
\uf0b7 Ensure the smooth running of the office
\uf0b7 Represent the company well when dealing with clients and officials
\uf0b7 Maintain confidentiality at all times.
\uf0b7 Analyze the implications for current and future business, on account of proposed changes to the
law, report the same to the management, demonstrating a wider view that benefits the
company.
\uf0b7 Coordination with different business verticals\/ departments, support functions, operations team,
and site teams for the purposes of replying to claims against the Company
\uf0b7 Work with Corporate Strategy, Finance, and the Company Secretary in close coordination with to
proactively manage investments and acquisitions, Corporate Governance matters etc.
\uf0b7 Contract Management – Proficiency in Contract drafting\/ vetting from a legal perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:
\uf0b7 Communicate with clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
\uf0b7 Draft, proofread, and file or send legal documents, such as Drafting\/ Vetting\/ negotiations –
Drafting legal notices, MOUs\/ LOIs, NDAs, Lease Deeds, etc., and other agreements with a
focus on Real Estate, Risk Mitigation, and final closure of the same during client calls.
\uf0b7 Corporate Governance – Work with the Finance Department, external counsels, company
secretaries, auditors, etc. for corporate governance, secretarial work, etc. 
\uf0b7 Create and maintain case files, including producing and editing transcripts.
\uf0b7 Keep abreast of regulatory developments and industry initiatives. Industry-specific monthly
legal updates.
\uf0b7 Effectively manage the successful negotiation, drafting, and completion of complex corporate
transactions and contracts.
\uf0b7 Coordination with different business verticals\/ departments, support functions, operations team,
and site teams for the purposes of ensuring our representation before quasi-judicial; judicial
and regulatory authorities in the manner as directed or required, with emphasis on Real
Estate, Product, and Corporate Strategy .
\uf0b7 Litigation Management – Coordination with external counsels and internal business departments for
litigation matters,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills and qualifications
\uf0b7 Experience working in a relevant, fast-paced legal environment.
\uf0b7 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
\uf0b7
\uf0b7 Work with the Real Estate and Product Team closely on Lease Deeds, Due Diligences, Landlord
Communication and Issues, Compliances etc.  
\uf0b7 Work with the stakeholders and the external legal counsel on managing litigation and ensuring
minimum adverse order against the company.
\uf0b7 Excellent attention to detail
\uf0b7 Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (or other requisite word processing software)
\uf0b7 Strong organizational skills
Preferred qualifications
\uf0b7 Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Law.
\uf0b7 Experience working with multiple departments simultaneously.
\uf0b7 Experience working with Leal firms.
\uf0b7 Experience using dictation and transcription software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
