Help the team in developing and writing<br>research reports and publications to be presented to global clients.<br>&#8211; Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial services industry happenings and current events<br>&#8211; Any other work streams as required for growth and development of the Business.<br>Qualification and Skills Required<br>&#8211; Postgraduate with Commerce Background, and prior working experience of 6-8 years.<br>&#8211; The candidate should have strong leadership skills and prior experience of leading teams of up<br>to 30 team members.<br>&#8211; Proven experience in sales and leadership roles preferably with the financial services industry.<br>&#8211; In-depth knowledge of financial products, services, and market dynamics.<br>&#8211; Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.<br>&#8211; Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.<br>&#8211; Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and competitive environment.<br>&#8211; Proficiency in using sales management and CRM software.<br>&#8211; A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.<br>&#8211; Must have an excellent command on English.
