We are looking for a well-groomed, friendly Front Office Executive to be responsible for welcoming guests, managing online and telephonic bookings, and verifying guests’ payment methods during check-in. You should have a pleasant and professional disposition with guests and other hotel staff.To be successful as a Front Office Associate, you should provide guests with general information about the hotel and surrounding area and stay up to date on attractions that may be of interest to guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

. Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 \u25cf Greets, registers, and manages check in and out.
 \u25cf Responsible for proper key control and other security measures.
\u25cf Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically.
 \u25cf Transmits and receives telephone messages and sets up guests\u2019 wake-up calls.
 \u25cf Manage and reply to all incoming mail and messages.
\u25cf Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
\u25cf Keep records of room availability and guests. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Computes bills, collects payment, and makes changes for guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 \u25cf Makes and confirms reservations as per companies standard operating procedures.
\u25cf Posts charges such as room, food, liquor, or telephone, to guest folio.
\u25cf Makes restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations for guests.
\u25cf Checks-out guests and enquires about their stay.
\u25cf Actively builds awareness of the Brand, Theme and Concept to guests.
 \u25cf Provides and ensures high-quality guest relations. Receives and resolves guest complaints in a manner consistent with company policy. Makes Manager on Duty aware of any guest complaints.
\u25cf Maintains the desired levels of quality assurance ratings, including guest comment cards, accounting audit and inspection scores.
\u25cf Confers and cooperates with other departments as needed to ensure coordination of activities.
\u25cf Works toward a 90% walk-in conversion rate goal.
 \u25cf Ensures compliance of all company policies and procedures for the department.
\u25cf Adheres to all safety procedures and informs management of any unsafe conditions.
 \u25cf Attends meetings and training as requested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other duties may be assigned based on company needs, specific to departmental requirements. A. Qualifications (Not mandatory for all, but more the better)
<\/strong>
\u25cf Bachelor\u2019s degree in any field or High school qualification.
\u25cf 1\u20132 years of experience in a similar job or other customer-facing roles.
 \u25cf Always maintains professional appearance and demeanour.
\u25cf Proficiency in using computers and other office equipment.
 \u25cf Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking ability.
\u25cf Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel).
 \u25cf Ability to learn on the job.
\u25cf Excellent customer service skills.
\u25cf Must have flexible hours due to the requirement of industry standards.
\u25cf Previous hospitality experience would be advantageous.
\u25cf Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Language.
\u25cf Well-presented and professional appearance.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
