Gender : Male<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualification:-  Graduate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Responsible to handle issues relating to Implementation of Software product,interfaces.<\/li>
  2. Responsible to look after global customers using tarantula product suite.<\/li>
  3. Interact closely with the development team to identify and rectify the issues and queries raised by the clients.<\/li>
  4. Technical support background (preferably application support)<\/li>
  5. Understanding data requirements.<\/li>
  6. Possess excellent communication, and presentation skills allowing him\/her to initiate, develop and manage effective business relationships.<\/li>
  7. Take ownership of escalated issues and ensure follow-through to conclusions.<\/li>
  8. Work in close collaboration with various teams to achieve consistency of service delivery for all customers; as well as ensuring consistency of internal processes and procedures.<\/li>
  9. Strong skills in writing Stored<\/li>
  10. Procedures\/Functions\/Packages\/Triggers.<\/li>
  11. Should be able to understand & analyse the query for MS-SQL Troubleshooting<\/li>
  12. Writing scripts for each release, test data creation, database dumps,<\/li>
  13. SQL\u2019s performance tuning, schema creation.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Skills:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. The candidate should be a self-starter, dynamic, highly motivated and<\/li>
    2. tenacious with the ability to work in a fast moving environment and should<\/li>
    3. understand the importance of the clients, business and process.<\/li>
    4. Strong problem solving skills, and analytical programming skills.<\/li>
    5. Flexible, responsive, organizational and time management skills.<\/li>
    6. Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written<\/li>
    7. Willingness to work in Shifts is a must, Ready to work in 24×7 environments<\/li>
    8. Experience in a customer-facing role supporting enterprise software products<\/li>
    9. Must have strong knowledge on MS-SQL, exposure on .Net will be an added<\/li>
    10. advantage for this role.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
