KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :- 


<\/strong>\u2022 Attending incoming telephone calls & office walk-ins promptly
\u2022 Maintenance of various office registers (Eg: Visitor In – Out \/ Courier In – Out)
\u2022 Supervising housekeeping function & manage vendors related to Office, Customer Service &
Business support.
\u2022 Collection & reviewing various office, CS & business-related vendor bills. Submit for supervisor
approval for payment.
\u2022 Negotiating with various vendors for all office related requirements.
\u2022 Managing the travel vendors & related arrangements and or bookings for the sales organization.
\u2022 Verification of all employee reimbursements claims as per the prevailing travel & reimbursement
policy.
\u2022 Organizing internal meetings, hotel accommodation and various other arrangements.
\u2022 Sales order entry & Order acknowledgement in Oracle
\u2022 Co-ordinating with Warehouse on dispatches
\u2022 Track product shipments
\u2022 Assist Sales with Customer account problems
\u2022 Resolves problems and concerns that customers may have which include product ordering,
shipment delivery, inaccurate billing \/ shipment problems or errors.
\u2022 Customer communication
\u2022 Receive & maintain a register for distributor and or customer\u2019s post dated cheques.
\u2022 Timely deposit of physical cheques at Merit India\u2019s designated bank, as instructed by the Finance
department
\u2022 Develops customized reports and conducts compilation of information for customers, department,
and company management.
\u2022 Perform other related duties and tasks as required<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
<\/strong>
\u2022 Education equivalent to a Graduation with 5 to 8 years previous administrative \/ customer service
experience.
\u2022 Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, power point, database
and other applicable software programs.
\u2022 Ability to become skilled in the use of Merit\u2019s Oracle system (customer service module) within 3
months of employment required.
\u2022 Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate and maintain filing and office systems.
\u2022 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well, verbally and in writing, with others.
\u2022 Ability to work effectively as part of a team and make decisions quickly and accurately.
\u2022 Ability to work under strict time constraints to meet the roles demands. Time management.
